We offer two types of service: self-service laundrette at Rambla Badal, 56, in Sants, and at Carrer de Garcilaso, 225, in Congrés i els Indians, Barcelona; and laundry collection and delivery for individuals and businesses. With this service, we collect, wash, dry, fold and deliver your laundry within 48 hours, or within 6 hours with our express laundry service. We also offer luggage storage and a laundry locker service to save you the hassle of transporting your laundry.

We also offer additional services, including:

• Difficult stain treatment: €5 per bag.

• Bed linen ironing: €10 per bag.

• Clothing ironing: €25 per bag.

The self-service laundrette opening hours are every day of the year, from 8 am to 10 pm.

The laundry locker service opening hours are every day of the year, from 8 am to 10 pm.

The 48-hour laundry collection and delivery service operates Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 9 pm.

The 6-hour express laundry service operates Monday to Sunday, from 9 am to 9 pm.

We do not offer dry-cleaning services yet.

We use ecological products to reduce the impact on the environment. In addition, we also have automatic dispensers to pour the right amount of detergent and softener, taking care of your clothes and minimizing products down the drain.

Our professional washing machines reduce water and electricity consumption, like the LED lighting we have in the laundry to help our planet.

We will bring a cloth bag with the capacity you have asked us. We will put the clothes in the bag and Clean!

For the best results, we recommend separating white laundry from coloured laundry and grouping items according to fabric type and the washing and drying instructions on their care labels. We charge per bag.

Whenever possible, also separate items that can be tumble-dried from those that cannot. How your laundry should be prepared will depend on the quantity and type of clothing you give us.

• We wash all your laundry together in a single washing machine, without mixing it with other customers’ laundry.

• You can specify your preferred wash programme in the comments section of the form or tell the driver when your laundry is collected.

• If there is not enough laundry to separate it into different loads, we will select a suitable programme to reduce the risk of colours running or garments being damaged. However, we cannot guarantee that all items will be compatible with one another.

• Do not include delicate items whose care labels require hand washing or state that they cannot be tumble-dried, as we cannot guarantee they will be treated appropriately.

Important: If you choose to mix items of different colours, fabrics or washing and drying requirements, there is a risk that they may bleed, shrink or become damaged. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that such damage can be avoided when items have not been properly separated or when their care-label instructions are incompatible with the selected programme.

Same-day booking is available. You can book your laundry collection at least 4 hours in advance, provided it falls within our home collection and delivery service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 9 pm.

Your laundry will be delivered within a maximum of 48 hours with our standard service, or within a maximum of 6 hours with our express service.

You can arrange the collection and delivery times with the person collecting your laundry or by phone.

Currently, for our laundry collection and delivery service, you can pay in cash, by bank transfer, via PayPal or with Bizum when your laundry is collected. We are working on introducing additional payment options, including bank card payments.

For our self-service laundrette and laundry locker service, you can pay in cash, by bank card or with a customer discount card.

You can cancel un servicio a home service for free, up to 4 hours before collection. Just call us on 640 11 37 24.

If you cancel less than 4 hours before collection, you will be charged the transport fee.
