We offer two types of service: our self-service laundromat, located at Rambla Badal, 56, in Sants, and Carrer de Garcilaso, 225, in Congrés i els Indians, Barcelona; and our laundry collection and delivery service for individuals and businesses. With this service, we collect, wash, dry, fold and deliver your laundry within 48 hours, or within 6 hours with our express laundry service. We also offer laundry lockers and luggage storage to save you the hassle of travelling to the laundromat.

We now also offer additional services, including:

• Stain treatment for stubborn stains: €5 per bag.
• Bed linen ironing: €10 per bag.
• Clothing ironing: €25 per bag.

The self-service laundromat opening hours are 8 am to 10 pm, every day of the year.

The laundry locker service opening hours are 8 am to 10 pm, every day of the year.

The standard laundry collection and delivery service (within 48 hours) operates Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 9 pm.

The express laundry collection and delivery service (within 6 hours) operates Monday to Sunday, from 9 am to 9 pm.

We do not offer dry-cleaning services yet.

We use ecological products to reduce the impact on the environment. In addition, we also have automatic dispensers to pour the right amount of detergent and softener, taking care of your clothes and minimizing products down the drain.

Our professional washing machines reduce water and electricity consumption, like the LED lighting we have in the laundry to help our planet.

We will bring a cloth bag with the capacity you have asked us. We will put the clothes in the bag and Clean!

To get the best results, we recommend separating white clothes from coloured clothes and grouping items according to their fabric type and the washing and drying instructions on the care label. Whenever possible, also separate clothes that can be tumble-dried from those that cannot.

How you prepare your laundry will depend on the amount and type of clothing you give us. If you have a large amount of laundry, you can divide it into several bags, grouping items according to their washing and drying requirements. This allows us to treat each bag using the most suitable programme. The service is charged per bag.

• We wash all the clothes in each bag together in a single washing machine, exclusively for you. We never mix your clothes with those of other customers or with laundry from any other bag.
• You can specify your preferred washing programme in the comments section of the order form or tell the driver when your laundry is collected.
• If there is not enough laundry in a bag to separate the items into different washes, we will select a suitable programme to reduce the risk of colours running or clothes getting damaged. However, we cannot guarantee that all items will be compatible with one another.
• Do not include delicate items that, according to their care labels, require hand washing or cannot be tumble-dried, as we cannot guarantee that they will receive the appropriate treatment.

Important: if you mix items of different colours, fabrics or washing and drying requirements in the same bag, there is a risk that colours may run, clothes may shrink or items may be damaged. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that such damage will be avoided if items have not been properly separated or if their care-label instructions are incompatible with the programme selected.

Same-day booking: You can book your laundry service with as little as 4 hours’ notice, provided the booking falls within our home collection and delivery service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 9 pm.

Your laundry will be delivered within a maximum of 48 hours with our standard service or within a maximum of 6 hours with our express service.

You can arrange the collection and delivery times with the driver collecting your laundry or by phone, depending on our current order volume.

Currently, for our laundry collection and delivery service, you can pay in cash, by bank transfer, via PayPal or with Bizum when your laundry is collected. We are working on introducing additional payment options, including bank card payments.

For our self-service laundrette and laundry locker service, you can pay in cash, by bank card or with a customer discount card.

You can cancel un servicio a home service for free, up to 4 hours before collection. Just call us on 640 11 37 24.

If you cancel less than 4 hours before collection, you will be charged the transport fee.
