How much laundry fits in the washing machine?
Our washing machines have a capacity of 3 sizes:
- Backpack up to 40x20x30cm
- Carry-on suitcase up to 55x40x20xcm
- Check-in suitcase up to 75x50x33 xm
We will collect your suitcase and return it with your clothes clean and folded inside.
If you wish to separate by colour, you will need to choose two bags.
How to request the urgent laundry service?
- Fill in the 6-hour form or call us on 0034 640 11 37 24. We also use WhatsApp.
- We will write to you to confirm the collection.
- Leave your suitcase at your hotel reception with the cash inside, or with payment made via Bizum, bank transfer, or PayPal.
- We will collect your clothes and check the payment.
- We will wash, dry, fold and pack your clothes.
- We will text you or email you when it is ready for collection at your hotel.
Clean! Your clothes will be clean in 6 hours.
The opening hours are Monday to Sunday, 9 am to 9 pm, every day of the year.
