2. General Terms and Conditions
The rental of lockers is contracted through the available booking system, which implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
From the moment of acceptance, the user acquires the status of Client and is subject to these terms and conditions.
3. Prices
The applicable prices are those indicated in the booking system at the time of booking and include the relevant VAT.
The company reserves the right to modify prices without affecting confirmed bookings.
4. Payment Method
Payment for the service can be made by credit or debit card, in cash, or with a client card.
5. Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be given for the amount paid.
The client may change the date of their booking with at least 24 hours’ notice.
6. Minors
The service is intended for those aged 18 and over. Minors may only use the service under adult supervision.
7. Responsibilities of the holder
The holder guarantees the correct operation of the service within the reasonable limits of their activity.
The premises may be equipped with video surveillance, alarm and access control systems.
In the event of a duly substantiated theft, luggage may be covered by insurance for up to €50 per suitcase, subject to the insurer’s conditions.
8. Customer’s Responsibilities
The customer undertakes to use the service lawfully and in compliance with these terms and conditions.
You must use only the assigned locker and remove your belongings before the end of the reservation period.
9. Rules of Use
Overloading lockers or leaving items outside the assigned space is not permitted.
The customer must only access the premises to deposit or collect their belongings and must not remain for any longer than necessary.
10. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited from being stored in the lockers:
– Illegal substances or narcotics
– Weapons or ammunition
– Explosives or flammable materials
– Toxic or hazardous substances
– Animals
– Perishable items or items that may deteriorate
– Any item whose storage is illegal
The operator reserves the right to remove or report any contents that violate these rules.
11. Right to Open a Locker
The operator reserves the right to open a locker without prior notice in the following cases:
– Suspicion of misuse or storage of prohibited items
– Risk to the safety of the premises or of third parties
– Expiry of the hire period without the removal of luggage
– Requirement by the competent authorities
In the event of opening, an internal record will be kept of the contents found.
12. Abandoned Luggage Procedure
If the customer does not collect their belongings at the end of the hire period:
The owner may open the locker.
The luggage will be removed and temporarily stored.
The customer may collect it by paying the additional handling and storage costs.
If the luggage is not claimed within 30 days, it may be considered abandoned and will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.
13. Procedure in the event of a power cut
All automated premises are equipped with a system which, in the event of a power cut for reasons beyond our control, may prevent access to the premises. In this case, we undertake to send your belongings to the address you provide, with the cost of postage to be borne by each client.
14. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed by Enric Palau Gil for the purpose of managing bookings and clients, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018.
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by submitting a request to the data controller.
15. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s place of residence.
